Why do I need Inventive Staffing?
Today’s job seekers have hundreds of options, but there are thousands of job seekers.  The typical job posted on a national job board receives hundreds of applications.  It’s easy to get lost in the crowd even with a local classified advertisement.  We take personal interest in your situation and match you with employers who have contracted with us to find great employees.  They are actively seeking quality staff and they depend on us to bring the right person to them.  You!

What are the primary services of Inventive Staffing?
We offer comprehensive job search services to find the right position for you.  We take the time to meet with you and properly summarize your information in order to match your talents to the best prospective employers.  We are connected to a large database of employers actively seeking employees through professional recruiters.

Are there fees for registering as a job seeker?
No.  All fees are paid by the employer when you are placed.  There are never any fees to the employee for placement or search services.  You can also search our current jobs listing at no charge.

How soon can you find a job for me?
When you register with us and we receive your required information, we immediately compare your qualifications with jobs we have in our own database and local jobs we know are available.  If your experience does not match any of our jobs, within 2 business days we expand our search and share your information with other recruiters listing jobs requiring your talents.  We then summarize your information and deliver it to the prospective employer as soon as possible.  From that point you will have to show patience because employers do consider other candidates, but they know you have been thoroughly screened by us.  Candidates presented by Inventive Staffing carry a great advantage.

What will you need from me when I register?
We will need your updated resume, confirmation of all training and education, and professional references.  We will ask you to complete our Candidate Qualification Form so we can better match you with available positions.  We will also ask that you have your references complete our questionnaire. 

In what professions can Inventive Staffing help me to find a career?
Our primary focus is manufacturing, management, and engineering, but we are part of the nation’s largest network of employment recruiters and can help you to find positions in any field.

I don’t have a degree, can you still help me?
College degrees are often extremely important to employers, but solid experience and references can also be considered just essential.  We will evaluate your situation and offer a realistic assessment of your prospects.

Will I have to relocate?
We have established relationships with many of our area’s employers and specialize in bringing the best of our area together.  Moving is not necessary, but would of course broaden your opportunities and our search capabilities.

Can you help me find a job if I want to relocate?
Our nationwide search network can help to find you a position in your profession nearly anywhere.

Do employers help with the cost of moving?
Relocation costs are not offered with all jobs, but are available with some positions.  We will work with you and your employer to negotiate these and other costs.

What are your primary services to employers?
We offer comprehensive search and vetting methods to connect you with the best possible professionals.  We take the time to know your company and our candidates.

Do you offer contract or temporary staffing?
At this time we offer direct placement for full time positions only.

What are your fees?
We base our fees on a percentage of the base earnings of the placed employee.
Flat fees can also be negotiated for multiple placements.

How soon can you get me someone??
Our own database of exceptional candidates is growing each day, but if we do not have anyone meeting your requirements, we will use our national recruiting network to find the right person for you.  Our goal is to determine within 2 business days whether or not we can offer the right candidate and present their information to you at your convenience.  A broader search will begin immediately when needed.  Naturally, the more specialized the position, the longer the search.

Do you specialize in any particular professions?
Most of our current candidates are seeking manufacturing, management, and engineering positions, but we are able to network with other recruiters to work in any profession.
